Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical clearance was obtained from Debre Berhan University Ethical Review Board (IRB). Data collected for the purpose of this study never contained identifying information rather coded numbers to guarantee confidentiality of participants. Participants were fully informed about the aims and methods of the study prior to starting the interview and informed consent was obtained. Participants were informed to decline at any time if they felt uncomfortable, even after the interview was started.
