Written consent was sought from the North Shoa Zonal health bureau/woreda department. The informed written consent form was obtained from each respondent. The respondents were informed that their inclusion in the study is voluntary, and they are free to withdraw from the study if they are not willing to participate. If any question they do not want to answer, they have the right to do so. The confidentiality of respondents was ensured by excluding their names from the questionnaire and kept in a password-locked computer.
