: This research was approved by the Hakkari University Scientific Research and Publication Ethics Committee (dated 01.08.2023, numbered 2023/83 − 01). Participants provided informed consent before participating in interviews, aligning with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and the ethical standards of the National Research Committee. Written informed consent was also obtained from each participant before recruitment into the study. Each participant was informed of his/her right to withdraw from the study at any time without sufering any negative consequences. Names of the participants were not revealed in the study report and all information gathered from the study participants were treated confdentially as special codes were used to represent the responses of each participant.
