Ethical approval was granted by the Advanced Studies and Research Board at the University of Peshawar, Pakistan (ASRB PhD/5th 2023), along with the Technical and Ethical Review Committee (TERC) of Shaikh Zayed Medical Complex, Lahore (Ref: 02-TER/NHRC-SZH/Ext-Sc/465), and the Healing House Psychiatry Clinic. Permission from the developers of the ASEC was obtained via email. All participants provided written informed consent in Urdu. To ensure confidentiality, the data collected were coded and analysed anonymously.
