: The study followed the good scientific practice defined by the Finnish National Board on Research Integrity (TENK) []. The study was conducted in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration [] and applicable national guidelines []. The research plan was evaluated and accepted by the ethical committee of the South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences. The ethics committee provided an ethics approval statement on June 2, 2023 (the ethics committee does not use specific numbers for their statements). The interviewees participated in this study with written informed consent after receiving information about the study, their rights, and the ways in which their data would be stored and used.
