: The Regional Committees on Health Research Ethics for Southern Denmark stated that the project (ID: S-20172000148) did not require ethical approval according to Danish regulations [CitationRef removed]. The study was registered with the Danish Data Protection Agency (project ID 2015-57-0008, file no. 18/27194). Patients were informed about the project and their rights and gave consent that their data would be used only for research purposes. Consent to participate and data were managed and stored in the electronic database Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap) hosted and supported by the Odense Patient data Explorative Network (OPEN) [CitationRef removed, CitationRef removed]. Processing of personal data complies with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR EU 2016/679) Article 9, 2(a).
