Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The aim of this study was explained to each informant, who was then asked to sign a consent form, as required by the National Health Council and the Research Ethics Committee (Resolution 196/96). This research was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the State University of Paraíba (Protocol CEP/HULW No. 297/11, cover sheet No. 420/134).The authors interviewed 181 respondents, who were informed of the aim of this scientific research and agreed to sign an informed consent form, according to necessary standards and as described in the methodology through the protocol number.
