Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The present study is purely based on a field survey instead of human or animal trails. Therefore, ethical approval and consent to participate is not applicable. However, formal consent was received from informants regarding data collection and publication; then, the Participatory rural appraisal (PRA) approach as mentioned in the Kyoto Protocol was applied with the consent of the informant. Ethical guidelines of the International Society of Ethnobiology (ExternalRef removed) were strictly followed.
