: This study, conducted in 2019, adhered to rigorous ethical standards to ensure the protection and respect of all participants. The study tools, including the consent form and participant information sheet, were reviewed and approved for suitability by the headmen of each traditional healer's community. The study was carried out in compliance with the ethical principles outlined in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its subsequent amendments. All participants provided informed consent for the interviews and the publication of the research findings.
