: This study was conducted following ethical guidelines for Ethnomedicinal research from the Ethic Committee of University of Gujrat vide letter no, UOG/BOT/2145/24 with prior informed consent obtained from all participants and respect given to their cultural values and traditional knowledge. Confidentiality and anonymity were maintained, and the documented knowledge was used solely for academic and research purposes. Prior informed consents were obtained from all participants before data collection, ensuring voluntary participation, confidentially and respect for traditional knowledge and cultural values in accordance with the ethical principles outlined by the International Society of Ethnobiology (ISE) code.
