Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee (CEP) of the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE), through the Brazil Platform, under the Certificate of Presentation for Ethical Consideration number (CAAE; No. 74992923.0.0000.5208). Necessary permits were also obtained from the Authorization and Information System on Biodiversity (SISBIO; No. 98112-1). All participants aged 18 or over who consented to participate in the study signed the Free and Informed Consent Form (TCLE), in accordance with the guidelines of Resolution No. 466 of 2012 of the National Health Council, which authorizes the collection, use, and disclosure of information obtained in the interviews.
