: All procedures performed involving human participants followed the ethics standards of the research committee of the University Institute of Health Sciences (IUCS) at Cooperativa Ensino Superior Politécnico Universitário (CESPU), Portugal, and therefore with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethics standards. The project for the present study was previously reviewed and approved by the IUCS Ethics committe with the following Ethics Protocols Reference number: 13/CE-IUCS/2022.
