: The DHS data-collection procedures were approved by the ICF International institutional review board and relevant research ethics committee in all five countries. Participants were informed regarding the purpose of the surveys, the privacy of their answers, and that they were not required to reply to the questions if they did not feel comfortable doing so. Survey respondents provided written/oral informed consent. Data used in this study are taken from anonymized publicly available datasets online and permission was obtained from Measure DHS/ICF International to download the datasets.
