: All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations (Declaration of Helsinki). Ethical approval was secured from the Scientific and Production Centre for Preventive Medicine of the Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan and the WHO Research Ethics Review Committee.
