No.1339), Kathmandu University Institutional Review Committee (19th December 2019, KUIRC-256/19), and the University of California, San Francisco Institutional Review Board (18-26956). Informed consent was obtained from all participants before participation. Focus group discussions and key informant interview sessions were audio-recorded, transcribed verbatim, and placed in a file bearing the interview date, the place, and the research questions, with subsequent translation into English for analysis.
