: Ethical clearance was obtained from Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the University of Gondar, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Institute of Public Health (Ref No/ IPH/1352/2013 Date: Feb 15/2021). Permission to do the study was granted from Amhara Institute of Public health and then from Gondar town health bureau and also from the selected health facilities and finally, verbal consent was obtained from each study participant after explaining the objective, purpose, and procedure of the study. They were informed about the voluntary nature of the study, the benefits of the study, the possible risks/discomforts from the study, and their right to withdraw from the study at any time. Besides, the confidentiality of the study was explained clearly and was assured by keeping their anonymity.
