: Mulago National Referral Hospital Research Ethics Committee issued the ethical clearance (reference number: MHREC 2139). Respective hospitals issued the administrative authorization to conduct the study. Informed consent was obtained from each study participant before the interviews. Participants’ rights to join or withdraw from the study at any time during the study were clearly stated and explained to each participant before the exercise. Participants’ privacy was observed by not capturing any name(s) or personal contacts on the questionnaires, no video recording, and/or taking pictures of participants while they participated in the exercise. Contacts (emails or phones) of those who were enrolled for key informant interview audio recordings during the sessions were held with the utmost confidentiality, and at the end of the exercise, the contacts were deleted.
