: Tumor and paraneoplastic non-tumor liver tissues were collected from 12 HCC patients who underwent hepatectomy from June 2020 to December 2022 at Pingxiang People’s Hospital (none of these patients had other malignancies and had not received radiotherapy). All patients signed a written informed consent, and the procedure was performed in strict accordance with the <i>Declaration of Helsinki</i>. The animal experimental protocol was approved by the Ethical Review Committee of Pingxiang People’s Hospital and was conducted in strict compliance with the Guidelines for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals.
