: The NSW Ministry of Health is one of five funding partners of The Australian Prevention Partnership Centre (TAPPC), within which this project is situated. AM, LP, ST, and JM are employees of the NSW Ministry of Health which funds and monitors the performance of the Healthy Children’s Initiative (HCI), on which program this research is focused and the participants are employed. AG, CIH are employees of the Office of Preventive Health which is responsible for supporting the statewide implementation of HCI. MW oversees the health promotion unit at one of the study sites. LP, JM, MW, and ST are part of a team that designed, manages, and maintains the PHIMS system described in this paper. KC, VL, SG, and PH are university-based researchers funded through TAPPC to conduct this research. To ensure confidentiality of participants, identifying data about the individuals and the local health districts in which they work was only available to the university-based researchers. Only illustrative, de-identified quotes were shared with the research partners in the context of developing papers.
