: This protocol was approved by the UAMS Institutional Review Board (IRB 205335). This study was conducted in accordance with all applicable government regulations and University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences research policies and procedures. Consent was waived by the IRB for EBQI stakeholders and for educators implementing WISE given it was adopted as a part of usual educational practices and involved no more than minimal risk to the subjects. Educators provided verbal consent for interviews, and parents provided consent for collection of data from children through IRB-approved protocols.
