: The OASI2 study received full ethics approval from the Social Care Research Ethics Committee on 1 December 2020 (REC reference 20/IEC08/0029). This ethical opinion covers all aspects of the research and is valid across all participating sites and received ethics approval from the Health Research Authority (HRA).
