: The OASI2 study received full ethics approval from the Social Care Research Ethics Committee on 1 December 2020 (REC reference 20/IEC08/0029). This ethical opinion covers all aspects of the research and is valid across all participating sites and received ethics approval from the Health Research Authority (HRA). All necessary local research governance approvals will be obtained for each participating site prior to start of data collection. The study is registered on both the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Clinical Research Network (CRN) Portfolio and ISRCTN registry (ISRCTN26523605).
