: The study protocol was approved by the Malawi National Health Sciences Research Committee (#20/06/2565) and the University of Washington, Seattle, USA ethics review board (STUDY000101060). At enrolment, 2wT participants provided written informed consent in either Chichewa or English, according to their preference. SoC clients did not consent as only de-identified, routine monitoring and evaluation data was collected from the EMRS.
