: Ethical approval was received from the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (protocol number Dnr 2021–02267 and 2021–06729-02). Parents and school staff were given information regarding the study, informed on the voluntary nature, confidentially and the possibility to withdraw at any given point. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants. Parents completed questionnaires and provided permission to use routine data on their child's height and weight.
