: This study has been submitted in two parts to the Ethics Committee of Northwestern and Central Switzerland:The first submission asked to assess the aims related to the implementation and organizational outcomes, where it was ruled that the research project does not fall under the scope of the Swiss Human Research Act, because it is not defined as research concerning human diseases or the structure and function of the human body as per HRA Art. 2 para. 1 (EKNZ Req-2024-00283, March 6, 2024).The second submission asked to assess the aims related to resident outcomes, where it was ruled that the research project does not fall under the scope of the Human Research Act, because it is classified as a quality control project (EKNZ Req-2024-00414, March 19, 2024).Accordingly, the EKNZ did not issue a formal ethical approval. The study will be carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
