: This study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Institute of Health Economics, University of Dhaka (IHE/IRB/DU/16/2025) and Save the Children Ethics & Evidence Generation team (SC-EEG-FY2024-328). Consent and assent forms will be provided in the local language for both survey and FGD participants. Parental or guardian assents will be obtained for pregnant adolescents aged 18 or younger.
