: The investigational device described in this study is associated with patent US11730561B2, titled "Apparatus and methods for three-dimensional printed oral stents for head and neck radiotherapy," held by E.J.K. and M.Z. The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center has disclosed an institutional financial conflict of interest with Kallisio related to this research. R.B.T., E.J.K., and M.Z. have also declared personal financial interests with Kallisio. To address these conflicts and ensure the protection of human subjects, MD Anderson has implemented an Institutional Conflict of Interest Management and Monitoring Plan.
