: This is a study that follows the Declaration of Helsinki and good clinical practice guidelines, and was approved by the Ethics Committee of Lanzhou University Second Hospital, the second affiliated hospital of shandong first medical university and the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University(approval no. 2025 A-539). As a retrospective analysis without any intervention in patient treatment, the Ethics Committees waived the requirement for individual informed consent.
