: This retrospective study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Medical Faculty of the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (reference number 2024-009). The committee raised no ethical or professional objections to the study. According to § 17 KHG LSA, informed consent was waived due to the retrospective nature of the study, the use of pseudonymized data, and the disproportionate burden of obtaining individual consent. The committee emphasized the importance of data minimization and recommended anonymization of the data whenever possible. All procedures were conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki (2013 revision).
