Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study was approved by the relevant academic center, and it was reviewed by the Ethics Committee of the Northern Ostrobothnia Hospital District, at Oulu University Hospital<i>,</i> in Finland, during the autumn of 2018 (Decision No: 83/2018). The aim and the method of the study were explained to the participants, and they were also informed through a standard written information form. Written informed consent was obtained from the participants prior to inclusion in the study to ensure that the participation was voluntary (Declaration of Helsinki 2013).
