: The protocol was approved by the <i>Agencia Española de Medicamentos y Productos Sanitarios</i> on 21 August 2017. It had previously been approved by the <i>Comité Ético de Investigación Clínica con medicamentos</i> (Ethical Committee for Clinical Research involving medicines) at the Quirón Hospital Group on 18 July 2017.
