The studies involving human participants were reviewed and approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University (CMUXW-2019012).Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study. All experiments were performed with the approval of Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University Human Research Ethics Committee where participants had consented for surgically discarded tissue to be used for research. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
