: The study was conducted in compliance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Ethics Committee of University of Health Science, Antalya Research and Training Hospital (IRB.2022–328. 21/13. 24/11/2022). All patients were preoperatively informed about the nature and scope of the surgical procedure, and written informed consent was obtained. The surgical consent form included a dedicated section allowing the anonymized use of patient data for academic research purposes, which was explicitly reviewed and approved by the aforementioned ethics committee.
