: This retrospective, single-center cohort study was conducted at Adana City Training and Research Hospital, Health Sciences University, Türkiye, and was approved by the Institutional Clinical Research Ethics Committee (Approval No. 114, date: August 15, 2024). All procedures were performed in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki, and the requirement for informed consent was waived due to the retrospective design.
