: This single center retrospective study was reviewed and approved by the Charité Universitätsmedizin ethics committee (Ethics approval number EA2/103/20).
: Consent was waived given the retrospective nature of the study. One patient whose images were used as a clinical example in Fig. , signed an explicit informed consent allowing the use of her images in this publication.
