: This study complies with the French Jardé Law (Law No. 2012 − 300) regulating biomedical research. It involved a retrospective analysis of anonymised data collected during routine care, classifying it as Category 3 non-interventional research. According to Article L1121-1 of the French Public Health Code, such research does not systematically require approval from an Ethics Committee.
: Verbal consent was obtained from all patients in accordance with Article L1122-1-1, which permits verbal consent for non-interventional studies involving minimal risk. Patients were informed about the study, and their agreement was documented in their medical records.To ensure confidentiality and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), all patient data were anonymised prior to analysis.
