: All animals were kept in a biosafety level-2 facility of the Animal Experimental Center of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. Animal experiments were conducted at Animal Experimental Center of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. The 3 R’s of ethics principles for animal experimentation was respected and fully considered during the experiments. All animal studies were carried out in compliance with the rules of the Ethics Committee of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine (Permit number: 20211026004). Additionally, virus infection experiments were conducted in a biosafety level 3 laboratory (BSL-3), Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Tropical Disease Research, School of Public Health, Southern Medical University according to biosafety regulations.
