This study was conducted in accordance with the protocol, the Declaration of Helsinki, Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practices, International Society of Pharmacoepidemiology guidelines for Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practices, and local regulations. Patients provided written informed consent before completing the survey; informed consent was collected electronically in all countries except Colombia, where paper informed consent forms with wet ink signatures were requested by the local regulatory authorities.
