: The study was approved by the North East York Research Ethics Committee (reference 21/NE/0016). Ethical approval for the interviews were sought alongside the trial ethical approval with an amendment on 4th March 2022. Participants were given an information sheet relating to the interviews once they had been recruited to the main trial and written consent was taken prior to the interviews.
