: The study protocol was approved by the Ankara University Faculty of Medicine Human Research Ethics Committee on 24 June 2025 (approval number 2025/481). The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Both surveys were conducted anonymously. Electronic informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to survey completion. For physicians, caregivers, and adult patients (aged 18 years or older), consent was obtained directly from the respondent. For patients under 18 years of age, consent was provided by a parent or caregiver. Participants were informed at the time of consent that anonymized responses, including open-ended comments, could be used in publications. No individually identifiable data are presented.
