: Human brain samples were collected by the London Neurodegenerative Diseases Brain Bank and the Southwest Dementia Brain Bank, members of the Brains for Dementia Research Network, as well as the Netherlands brain bank, and were provided in a strictly anonymized fashion. All Material has been collected from donors for whom a written informed consent for a brain autopsy and the use of the material and clinical information for research purposes had been obtained by the respective brain bank. hiPSCs were derived from fibroblasts that are part of the NIA Aging Cell Repository at the Coriell Institute for Medical Research [CitationRef removed]. Informed consent was obtained by Coriell and the fibroblasts were provided in a strictly anonymized fashion for iPS derivation.
