Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethics approvals were granted by the Médecins Sans Frontières Ethical Review Board, Geneva, Switzerland (study ID 1826) and the National School of Public Health Ethics Committee in Athens, Greece (study ID 892). Verbal informed consent (in English, French, Farsi or Arabic) was obtained from all participants. Travel costs between Moria and Mytilini were reimbursed. Refreshments were provided during the in-depth interviews.
