: Approval was granted by the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) Observational Research Ethics Committee (REC# 25672). The study was carried out in line with LSHTM’s Good Research Practice Policy [Version 2: 5.0] and all regulatory obligations required by the General Data Protection Regulation and its legal instrument governing its implementation in the UK (i.e. the Data Protection Act 2018). Eligibility to participate in the study required positive assertion; no one under the age of 18 was eligible to participate. A Data Protection Impact Assessment for this project was reviewed and approved by the LSHTM Data Protection Officer.
