Informed consent was obtained digitally through an online consent form presented at the beginning of the survey. Participants were required to acknowledge that they understood the purpose, potential risks, and benefits of the study before proceeding. The form clearly explained that participation was voluntary, responses were anonymous, and that participants could withdraw at any time without consequence. For participants who expressed emotional distress, we provided links to mental health support available in social media groups.
