: Ethical approval for the RCT study was granted by the ethical commission (Ethics committee of University Konstanz) of the University of Konstanz (31/2016) and the Social Fund of the DRC. Additionally, for this secondary analysis, we obtained ethics approval from the ethics commission of the LMU Munich (24–0411). Every participant gave written consent before the start of the interview. All participants provided written informed consent prior to their inclusion in the initial RCT study, in accordance with the ethical standards outlined by the Ethical committee of the University of Konstanz and the Declaration of Helsinki.
