: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine on 27th March 2024 (ref: 30120). We also received ethical approval from the Ministry of Health’s Research Ethics and Review Board on 15th April 2024 (Ref: MOH/RERB/P/21/04/15/2024-MOH/RER/A/21/2024). Data collection began on 29th April 2024. All participants were asked to provide informed, written consent based on having the study explained to them and being provided with a Participant Information Sheet, which explained the purpose of the research, how confidentiality would be approached and how data provided by participants would be managed.
