: Ethical approvals were secured prior to data collection from LSHTM (Ref’s 012-262, 8705), the Benue State Ministry of Health and Human Services (Ref’s OFF/365/S.IV/214, MED/261/VOLII/626), and the Federal Medical Centre, Makurdi (Ref.
