: The study was a part of the national survey research on the psychotropic prescribing pattern in Thailand approved by the Central Research Ethics Committee (study number: CREC071/66BR-SBR5) and all the local institutional review boards of the participating sites. The study conforms to the Declaration of Helsinki. Participants were recruited by the investigators or research assistants who were not the patients’ treating physicians to minimize bias in the physician–patient relationship.
