The study has also received approval from the Health Ministry’s Screening Committee, Indian Council for Medical Research (ID 2020–9770). The protocol has been registered in the Clinical Trial Registry (CTRI) of India (CTRI/2022/02/040307). The study is in line with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments.
