: The study obtained institutional review board approval from the Yale Human Investigations Committee (#2000034837). Families consented to study participation prior to the beginning of the survey. The study was entirely voluntary, and the families were welcomed to receive <i>CHATogether</i> treatment regardless of their participation in the study. In the pilot case, additional written consent was obtained from the family, and the case was de-identified with modifications to protect the patient’s and family’s privacy.
