: Ethical approvals were obtained from the Ghana Health Service Ethics Review Committee (GHS ERC 021/05/21) and the University of Leeds (MREC 21āāā010 External - AdoWA project). All primary data collection was conducted following the obtaining of informed consent. In Burkina Faso, an ethical approval was obtained from opinion from the National Ethics Committee for Health Research in Burkina Faso (N° 2021-10-232). Also, an ethical approval was obtained from the National Ethics Committee for Health Research in Niger, which met in session on Thursday, January 27, 2022. In addition to this authorization, administrative authorization was obtained from the Ministry of Higher Education on February 28, 2022, and from the Ministry of Public Health, Population and Social Affairs on March 30, 2022. All interviews were conducted with the free and informed consent of the participants. Information and consent forms for signature were provided to participants prior to participation.
